What can or cannot be eaten?
First: Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits , such as winter melon, watermelon, cabbage, etc., to increase dietary fiber content . Rich foods can stimulate bowel movements and help eliminate toxic substances.
Second: Avoid spicy foods and greasy/fried foods like chili, pepper, french fries, macadamia nuts, pine nuts, etc.
Third, fishy foods , such as lamb, green onions, and leeks, should be reduced to avoid causing underarm odor.
